I would love to have this car. All I have is my 67 and 79 Z28. The 79 is setup for street/strip with BBC with spray. I read your post as to all you want is pre-73. Very nice car, good luck on trade or sell. I would like to have the wheels for my 67. It is twin turbo and I need that meat under the back to get it to hook.

What needs to be finished on this car? Also, are you interested in selling it? If so, please pm me. Thanks

Man i wish I still had a car for you. I love that 67.

Do you have an engine yet? for the drag car that is...

Hey Vince, I do have a couple of big blocks for the drag car if you have or know of something available as a roller. The 67 is an awesome car but the red 69 is finally going to interior and about done so looking at doing something different this time. How is the 70 coming along, is it almost done. I like what you were doing with it.

Soon after we bought your Camaro we moved into a larger shop then we got slammed with work...we just moved it back into the staging area so it will get the attention again.

I wish I had a shell to build up for you to drag. Had a line on a 69 Chevelle but we might be a little late.
Hope all is well and our regards to the family.

Wish i'd seen this a little earlier. I'm just finishing a COPO Camaro from a 9 sec drag car to Pro Street. Still has Dana 60 rear & 4 link, but the MSD, sllicks, wheelie bars and front half of the cage are gone. I like your car, saw it at David's shop and was interested in it when it was for sale. My Camaro was sold at Scuncio Chev (1 of 30 sold there) and was raced since new (called 'Rat Patrol' in 69), no rust-never in rain. Also 1 of about 6-7 Rallye Green #9561 COPO's known to exhist.

That sounds like a cool car. One of the BBs I have is actually an original 69 512 427 that would be perfect for that car. If you have any interest in a trade let me know.

I already swapped the engine to a correct 512 / 4 bolt main with 840 heads, 163 intake and 4346 carb. I built it to drive so even though it was originally a 4 spd I put a 700R (has 4:10's in the Dana). If you google 'scuncio copo' & 'scuncio drag car' you can see pix & read the threads on Team Camaro site.
As soon as the steel wheels are painted, spool is swapped for a posi & I get some fat Hoosiers for the rear it'll be thumpin'.
