remote start for dbw lsx engines?

Has anyone here done it? Know of any good kits?

I don't plan on doing this anytime soon just wondering whose done it and how hard it would be to do.

any of the viper remote starts will work. doesn't take any special parts other than a bypass module if the car is equiped.

I have an Avital 991 Remote Start/alarm. also made by DEI and honestly the quality is so far and above what I remember from the Viper stuff ihave had to remove, also dont go wrong way solder all connections.

viper quality is better. even though they are made and marketed by directed. the avital is the economical line that they offer. They do not offer some the features that viper does especially in their remote starts as far as compatibility with by-pass module and advanced programming options.
