I need recommendations to fix the arcing in my plug wires. Is it my new MSD box causing it or faulty plug wires which are also new MSD wires.

I'm trying to make my EZ-EFI work correctly and have been making changes to my ignition. I started with Moroso Blue Max plug wires and a Pertronix Billet distributor and coil. The ignition was working great with this setup and a carb. However, FAST said my EMI was too high so I made the following changes.

1st, change plug wires to MSD 8.5mm Super Conductor wires
2nd, Installed an MDS Street Fire ignition box.

My EMI went down with the box, but about two weeks after I put it in, the car starts running very poorly. It is cutting out and missing. Only slightly when cruising and a bunch when accelerating. It is also pinging under heavy load.

I noticed the plug wires arcing on the number 8 plug and at the coil. I decided to change the canister coil for a new MSD Blaster SS to get more distance between the primary and secondary coil wiring. but didn't help. I also tried dielectric grease to no avail.

Any thoughts?
