well after installing almost everything ...where to connect the tach wire from the tci comp on a ls1 engine ?and what setting on the tci program ?

Tap into white wire exiting ECU.

Pin Color Circuit
10 WHT 121 Engine Speed (Tach) Output Signal from Red pcm connector.

Due to COP ignition setup, set parameter to 4cyl. (Some have claimed 8cyl but I'm not buying it--start with 4cyl)

Hot Tip #1: Make sure your rev limiter is functional. When in maunal mode, you now have a manual transmission!!!! With the TCI system, upshifts will not occur until you make them occur.
Hot Tip #2: Initial TCU test for proper shifting and manual function should be with the rear of the car on jackstands--rear wheels 2" or so off the ground. Front wheels blocked of course. Better to test in this fashion than with the car under load.

Just to confirm, the LS1 tach signal is 4cyl.
