Like most SBC you can swap out from newer models, but on the Pontiac I'm not finding info on swaping my accessories out. Please help

There were no factory "true" pontiac motors with serpentine belts that I am aware of. There are a few aftermarket kits for Pontiacs though. I got mine from Rodney Red. But I don't think he makes them anymore. March has a nice setup but $$$.

wonder is Rodney is still making them. Last I spoke with him, he was working on a revised system. His was also a true self tensioning system whereas March is manually adjusted.

Here's a pic of Rodney's system on my 455. This was before I switched to Kaufman heads. But system was easy to install.

not bad looking. wonder how to route the belt with A/C and still have the tensioners w/o adding a bunch of rollers. how close it the tensioner to the crank & h2o pump pulleys? looks rather close.

I have a March Performance system I pulled off EmptyNest when we did the swap to the Style Trac. I will need to find it, make sure it is complete. Has a few minor shelf scratches. Would be ideal for a driver or for someone wanting to paint one black.

I will make someone a deal on it. It will be after October 16 when I return from Barrett Jackson before I can gather it up. If your interested send me a email after the 16th of October.

It is the 13105

I have an almost new set up i was just thinking of getting rid of on my 67 bird. It is in excellent condition. The car was just finished and i am changing some things. It is complete with a/c.

If I remember correctly those pics were taken before I had Rodney remake the pully bracket to give more clearance. It was pretty tight before. Reminds me I need to take new pics.

A friend wanted the March system, many years ago. The price, at teh time, was VERY steep. He owned his own business, called them, they set him up as a "distributor", and the price dropped SEVERAL hundreds of dollars.

Food for thought, for anyone interested.

Get billet specialties tru-trac system for Pontiacs. Yes it is expensive but it is trouble free. I have the March System in my car and it is a pain, I don't flame companies so thats all i'm going to say about it.
