4l60e vs 4l60r

This may be a stupid question but what is the difference between a 4l60e and a 4l60r? I am lookin to do a LS1 swap in my 68 Camaro and found a few motors with these transmissions

Ive never heard of a 4L60R. Are you sure its not a 700R4?

E and R are next to each other on a keyboard, maybe it's just a typo?

Never heard of a 4l60r. In the pics the tranny's look the same. I with Lawrence....I think its a typo. Give the company a call and check for sure.
