Im looking at moving out to long beach for school and Im not sure if im gonna bring my car or not. Im just curious how many people are gonna be in that are.

There are a lot of people in the LA area, just look at how many are in the Cruise the Crest thread. LA is a giant city, unless you see the sign you don't know you went from one city to another.

i work alllllll over long beach and surrounding areas.

dont go into north long beach with your car if you bring it btw.

I moved to Long Beach 11 months ago.

I LOVE the area I'm in. Sure there are bad parts of LB, like pretty much any decent sized city. I agree the east/south end is superior to the west/north end (if you look on a map of long beach the cost actually runs more west/east at that point).

Awesome weather and you can come hang out on our cruise the crest/coasts.

Where are you going to school? Are you going to CSU LB? That is near some very nice areas. Check out Belmont Shore for some rocking places to live (though pricier). Awesome restruants there and some cool bars that are popular with the college crowd.
