Hey everyone, I am rebuilding my suspension, nothing too crazy, but wanted some advice about the steering components. Is it worth it to pay the ~300 bucks for a Hotchkis steering rebuild kit, new inner/outter tie rod ends and a idler arm. Or would the components from NAPA be just as good? Thanks for everyone's time and help.

Napa doesn't carry all the parts you need to rebuild a 67 Camaro. I was just there today. I'm looking into this...https://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/OrderItemDisplay?langId=-1&krypto=Rz76uq7FgzwqwYh3Vjw4wqQx4S0Km5IWk5vOX4nTwSS QKDxDwHqHuVuobmS3cmnKeYeMRU3Ru4Hq%0a17%2fGFtamvCUH WpmRlhXbZxskgQ658LalsayZP1m%2fJ0I9YNz8L0l%2bWHOcL0 6wg4EidAvw8y%2fZZ%2blJ%0aZvtl6ETSKCj3VKJALGJLgGBvF %2bYsB4DTuW3%2fjqnh2NaUpr03C%2bE%3d&ddkey=OrderItemUpdate
You might not need everything, but they have all kinds of things.

I just hit the pay button on my order from Summit on exactly the same parts, idler arm, inner and out tie rods and adjustment shafts. They have both moog and summit brand parts. On the shafts they carry hotchkis for $65 and edlebrock for $41 (or so). I couldn't see how the hotchkis could be worth an extra $20. I would bet hotchiks doesn't make their own steering parts and you may be paying a little extra for their name. Hopefully that is true because my order is on its way.

Well, after checking different websites I found that Rockauto did have the best prices for steering componets and Suspension bushings. Thank you for the tip Jackfrost!!

67 camaros can use the 68/69 tie rod ends to save money. I did that for my 67.
