Are there any issues with mounting the IAT sensor down stream of a alcohol/water injection nozzle? Will the water/alcohol harm the sensor?

I don't think so. I usually have the water/alcohol injecting upstream of the throttle body but place the IAT as close to reading real air temp into the motor as possible, at least with boosted motors. I've never had a sensor fail.
