10 acres with home (2 bed 2 bath, dual “swamp coolers” custom hardware in kitchen and doors), BLM (nature preserve) on both sides, private gated end of canyon area (VERY private).
5 work bays
(Work bays have full length neon lighting and power accommodations of tools including 220 outlets in each bay),
1 wax room,
1 slurry room,
Melting shop,
Machine room,
Tool room,
Mold room.
Bronze casting capacity; 500lbs per 2 hours.
Located in Morongo valley (20minutes out of Palm Springs).
Local springs and well nourish the property. Mountains began at property very inspiring for the artist.
