I have to replace the bushings in the upper control arms in my 69 and while I am at it I would like to change the suspension or should I say lack of suspension to make the car handle better for street use. Currently the car does not have sway bars and has a set of adjustable drag shocks f/r with Competition Engineering slapper bars. This is the way the car was when I purchased it and its time for a change. I am just looking for a good street setup that can handle the 650 hp/tq the motor makes without wheel hop. My ? is will the Hothkis TVS system and GW cat5 systems work with high hp motors or will I need to add caltracs or a slide-a-link in order to keep the rear planted?
