So I lost all of the hardware and directions for my global west sfc's...all I really need to know is what size bolts do they use, how many, and where am I supposed to drill the front holes to bolt them to the front subframe?

Just guessing, but can't you measure the holes in the connectors? You just need the bolts to fit into those holes with as little slop as possible.
They need to be long enough to reach to the other side and still have room for the washer and nut.
Once you have them in place you drill the holes through the holes in the connectors.
Obviously this all assumes there are already holes in the connectors.
