A friend of ours rented out Firebird Raceway this past week so we thought that we would take out the LS7 powered Camaro and see what it would do. Even on the pilot sport street tires and with IRS we still were able to manage a 12.26 at 124mph. This is with a 2.23 60'! Not too shabby. This thing really gets it on the top end. As for our 383 ramjet camaro, we through some slicks on it and so far got it down to 12.84 at 108mph, on a 1.8 60'. The clutch was giving us some problems and we had to adjust once during the night. I think that a new one is in going to be needed now.

Good to see you Reckn8.

124mph is huge! NIce job there! Looks like she was spinnin' a bit, eh? :) :) :)

I've always wondered what MPH a 69/LS7 would get....now I've got something to shoot for! Thanks man!

Awesome!!
What kind of numbers are you putting down with that LS7? I think I read you installed a cam in it as well, is that correct?
