Eat My Shift

So im looking at buying a 4L60E tranny from Eatmyshift.com aka Monster Transmission & Performance. Does anyone have something to say about their transmissions and TC as well as customer service? pros/cons....etc.

my current engine is a 427 All aluminum block/heads with 520hp or so and 495lbs tq. i plan on adding a supercharger to spice things up. I'd like an auto tranny where i can cruise it to the beach and drive along PCH but still have the ability to lay in the gas and open up the engine.

Any suggestions and comment are much appreciated!

Seems moster has had multiple names in a short period of time...that kind of scares me. That and multiple bad reviews on thirdgen.org

I've spoken with them and know people who recommend them highly, but have not tried one of their units. Actually they HAVE (not had) many names, but that is more of a marketing thing--lots of ways to reach the same site. And you gotta admit: that article shows all of their parts in detail. They seem to put a lot of effort and upgraded hardware into their transmissions.

That's all I got for you, though. No personal recommendation.

Yea I agree the parts look nice, maybe they get overwhelmed from time to time, and dont take their time. I dont know from personal experience either, but Ive heard enough bad feedback to be weary.

i would but a 200r4 in it,they are able to take a load of power,and dont require a computer to shift it.
