Putting a ls2 in a 68 camaro.. the 4l60E will be hooked up to the ECU and harness that will be runing the ls2 (either Howell or speartech).. just looking for a place that will sell a well built (lightly beefed up)4l60E to handle a stock ls2..any recomendations on where to buy one from?

My personal recommendation is to look for a local shop to rebuild one for you. If you want one made right, talk to the drag racers, etc. in your area and see who built their transmissions for them, ask for recommendations. Most racers are happy to tell you when they find a good transmission builder. Also look for shops that specialize in high performance applications, just make sure they tell you what they will be doing to the transmission before they start, you don't want them to put in cheap quality parts.
