Basically did this...

Solid U-joint at the column and dampening U-joint at the box.

Granted my rag joint was pretty loose, but I have to say, this Borgeson set up is extremely precise, especially with the AGR 12:1 box. My wife has a 2017 Infinity QX60 and the Camaro's steering now feels every bit as tight and precise as her car. And not one bit more harsh than the rag joint.

Total cost was about $220 for both u-joints and the shaft. Worth every penny.

Nice looking setup. Sometimes the little things like this make for the best upgrades. I will probably have to chase down this fairly soon.

There's a thread on this over at nasty28.com. A few of us have done the conversion and are very impressed with the results.
