Good afternoon,
I have mounted an 80 camaro front clip in my 55 gmc pickup. Upon mounting the front sheet metal I now don't have room for the steering box, no prob, I'll convert it to rack and pinion. Being a fabricator, this should be a piece of cake...except I need to harvest a rack from a donor car.
Can anyone suggest a power rack that is compatible with the camaro front suspension geometry?
