I found a local auto parts store with the quick ratio GM box used on only a few GM models. It's 2-3/4 turn to turn. Cost $190.00, lifetime warranty. Seems decent and bolts right up. To me makes more scene thank a jeep or some other year box. It was designed for a 1969 chevell ss 396. I'm installing in a 1969 Gto. What do you guys think?

Part number?

I believe there is also one for the 1969 camaro not sure of the #. But the radius is different than the chevelle I believe.

Apparently camaro uses the same steering box. Look for the 2-1/2 turn type. I'm probably going to pick up mine tomorrow https://www.napaonline.com/napa/en/search/?text=Power%20steering%20gear&isApplication=true&isInterchange=true&isPromo=0&referer=vehicleAdd

I usually buy those 2-1/2 turn boxes at the local car show/ swap meets when I find them for less than 40 bucks and then have my rebuilder build it for 75 bucks. They pop up occasionally. My 69 Z/28 loves those things with the short steering arms. They are actually less than 2-1/2 turns. 190 seems like a legit price tho to just go in and buy it already done and ready to go no finding it or rebuilding it process.
