I've been researching a replacement power steering pump for my car and found a pretty good review of TurnOne's pumps. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with TurnOne or other companies that modify stock pumps for performance use such as autocross and open track days. TurnOne advertises that they change the internal recirculation to reduce heat and parasitic horsepower loss by up to 3 HP at 5000 RPM. I'm more concerned about reducing temps than I am about the hp loss. My car is setup for a C5 pump. Suggestions are appreciated!

I am also interested In a Turn One pump because the pump bushings are replaced by bearings and that means less stress on the shaft.

Been using turn one for about 6 years. Top notch.

In my oval track world outside UMI, Turn-One is the premier source for power steering pumps and gears. I would agree with Bret's assessment of top notch.

Also, I've spoken with Jeff Roethlisberger (owner of Turn-One) on many occasions about technical stuff and he's always been more than willing to help.

I had power steering issues at Des Moines Good Guys. It blew fluid out all over the place. I replaced the pump with a Turn One pump. Their tech support was very helpful with over heating. I agree, top notch. Thanks Eric

I think every Wednesday at Turn One is a Pump Day (aka Hump Day) special.
